Questions about credits
Which models can I use?
Explore includes FLUX Schnell for image generation and FLUX.2 Turbo for editing. A Studio or Pro purchase unlocks all models. Pro's 30-day ChatGPT and Claude access is separate.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account. There is no subscription or monthly renewal.
How many credits does a generation use?
It depends on the model, the number of outputs and the settings. The card shows the current estimate before you run.
What if a generation fails?
Credits reserved for a failed generation return to your account. A rare job whose outcome is uncertain is settled after review.
Can I get a refund?
For a pack you have not used at all, you can request a refund at hello@archly.ai within 14 days of purchase. Digital credits that are already in use cannot be withdrawn. Distance sales contract
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Add your billing details in Settings before you buy and your invoice is issued with them. Every purchase also sends an email receipt.
