Archly is a product of Fraktal Design Studio, a design technology company registered in Turkey. Our offices are located in Ankara and İstanbul.

• Usage data: generation prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, and credit transaction history.
• Payment data: billing address and payment method details are processed by our payment provider (PayTR) and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected via standard request logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Archly platform.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, payment receipts).
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns for service improvement.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your generated images and prompts are private to your account.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Generated images are stored on Amazon S3 with encryption at rest. All connections are encrypted via TLS/SSL.
